Corner Market is a signature development by Four A International. In the 1980s, the firm purchased a significant parcel of land where Corner Market and Village at Almand Creek, a 236-unit, upscale apartment community, are situated today, as well as the adjacent additional acreage.
Dedicated to providing a quality experience and a unique environment for shoppers, clients and tenants, Corner Market (completed 2008) was developed in response to the success of the Village at Almand Creek Apartments (completed 2003) as well as the strength of the Conyers market. The firm is also planning a new mixed-use development along Iris Drive and Johnson Road off I-20 Exit 80.
David serves as asset manager and director of real estate development for Four A International, the developer of Corner Market and Village at Almand Creek. He is responsible for overseeing existing assets as well as future mixed-use developments ensuring efficient operations, leasing, marketing and accounting.
As an advisor to Four A, he assesses market trends and best practices in real estate development and provides direction to the management team for strategic implementation.
Prior to Four A, David worked at Beauchamp & Associates engaging land broker and development services. Before Beauchamp, he served as financial analyst and portfolio manager for SunTrust Capital Markets where he managed a $900 million portfolio of structured finance deals ranging from $25-300 million in a variety of asset classes.
David is a Georgia licensed real estate broker. He is actively involved in trade organizations including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Neighborhood Town Builders Association (NTBA). He is also an active member of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
Faye Phillips, CCIM, CPM®
As Director, Faye is responsible for leasing and managing Corner Market. A 30-year real estate veteran, she brings a wealth of experience and deal acumen to the Four A team. Her intimate local market knowledge and commitment to a community-oriented tenant mix not only maximizes property value but also ensures a quality experience for shoppers, diners and office patrons.
Prior to joining Corner Market, Faye served as Associate Director, Management Services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Grubb & Ellis where she played a key role in the management of over 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Previously, she spent 15 years as vice president and district manager with RREEF, where she was responsible for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties located throughout the Southeast totaling more than 5 million square feet.
Faye is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). She is actively involved with International Council of Shopping Centers, (ICSC), Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.
